Women’s Suffrage Flag

As part of a project celebrating the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment, Marilyn Artus is traveling to the 36 states that ratified the amendment and sewing on a stripe created by a local artist to create an 18x26 foot flag commemorating a woman's right to vote. The local artist who created the Arkansas stripe was Virmarie Depoyster of North Little Rock.
